We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Brazil. 🚀

🔹 Employment Type: Indefinite Contract
🔹 Work Style: 100% Remote (Brazil)

Role Highlights:
✔️ Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for IT, professional, and management roles.
✔️ Design and implement strategic sourcing plans.
✔️ Support clients in identifying highly specialized, hard-to-find talent.
✔️ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
✔️ Ensure recruitment practices meet all legal and ethical standards.
✔️ Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and executives.
✔️ Conduct pre-employment reference checks and finalize hiring processes.
Requirements:
✅ 4+ years of recruitment experience (Brazil market focus)
✅ Advanced English (B2+ or higher)
✅ Experience with recruitment platforms/tools in Colombia and Brazil
✅ Previous experience recruiting IT profiles is a strong plus!
✅ LATAM recruitment experience and proficiency in Spanish or French are big advantages.
